Roger Simpson is the Chief Operating officer and a financial advisor of Innovative Design Partners, LLC. Roger focuses on implementing 401k plans for small to medium size businesses. He also advises individuals on retirement planning, life insurance needs, college planning, investments and wealth management.
Roger has enjoyed a career in the financial markets for well over 30 years starting on Wall Street where he worked in institutional equity sales and trading for 25 years before transitioning into the small business and private client space.
Outside of the office, Roger has been a longtime official for USA Hockey and enjoys watching sports, traveling, music and spending time with his children.
A father of two sets of twin girls, Roger currently resides in Greenwich, CT.
